Our place
You are seeking a place to take a rest, a calm spot in the country with fresh air, a point of departure for hiking, trekking or biking or sightseeing; or just new sites to visit in the French countryside. In the  ‘Heart of Ardèche’ (‘au cœur de l’Ardèche, in French), in the middle of nature, our house will fit you for a week-end or for a short stay, far from noise and stress of your everyday life. Your stay will be focused on your well-being. In a calm and serene atmosphere, you can rest and discover Ardèche at your pace. We will be glad to welcome you in our new ‘environmentally friendly’ house (clay blocks, solar energy, white-washed walls) and our heated swimming pool. Upon request, we can prepare a table d’hôtes dedicated to local flavors and organic specialties.

Location
Our house is in a tiny quiet hamlet (7 houses altogether) named Bellevue, which as you will see, is more than appropriate for this site. Bellevue is located in a regional nature park called Parc régional des Monts d’Ardèche and overlooks the Eyrieux Valley and a wonderful semicircle panorama that has given Bellevue its name. In an altitude of 400m you will enjoy the sun all day long and still sleep well during calm and cool nights.

Swimming pool
Perched on the hill, our overflow pool is heated up to 28°C (heat pump). From May to October (following weather conditions), you can linger in the clear water: your eyes will not sting nor your skin itch as it is cleaned by salt electrolysis. From your deck chair you can admire the outstanding view, you can swim (the
pool is 10x4m), read, take a nap, or just take a rest after your walk or bike ride.
